Paperless

Oconto Electric Cooperative members who no longer wish to receive a printed bill in the mail can now sign up for paperless billing. If you are not enrolled in SmartHub, the registration process is simple and allows you immediate access to view your account details, make payments online, make account updates and sign up for services like Paperless Billing—all in one click.

Sign Up for Paperless Billing

  • Login to your account
  • Select My Profile from the menu options on the top
  • Select Update My Paperless Settings from options
  • Toggle the Paperless Status button from OFF to ON to stop receiving printed bills.
  • Click Yes to confirm
  • To sign up using the SmartHub app, toggle Go Paperless in the Setting menu. 

Once you are enrolled in Paperless Billing, a paper bill will no longer be mailed to you. You will receive an e-mail notification when your statement is available and you can pay by the method most convenient for you: online, by phone, in person, or you can also sign up for Auto Pay to have your payment automatically deducted each month.
