Oconto Electric Cooperative's Electric Water Heater Program

Oconto Electric Cooperative has a water heater program which allows members to purchase electric water heaters at a discounted price if the member agrees to participate in our Load Management Program. Members on the Load Management Program who use 400 kilowatt-hours or more in a month will receive a credit of $5.00 on their electric bill for that month. Couple the electric water heater with certain electric heat applications and you can heat your water on OEC's Dual Fuel rate. The water heater program benefits both OEC and our members also!

Financing is available to current OEC members in good standing at $10 per month with no interest or finance charges (some restrictions apply). Capital credits can also be used, on a discounted basis, to purchase a water heater from Oconto Electric. Ask an OEC representative about this option.

Free delivery is included in the price of the water heater however OEC does not install the water heater. OEC offers free parts and labor to maintain the water heater for 10 years from the date of purchase for residential installations. Repair service is provided during regular business hours only.
