• Is easy to sign up and easy to cancel.

You can choose to have your payment automatically deducted from your checking account or the payment can be automatically charged to your MasterCard, VISA or Discover credit card. To get started with the automatic payment plan, print this page and complete the form at the bottom. If you are having payments deducted from your checking account, you will have to include a blank check marked VOID with the form. Your payment will be made for you, automatically, on the 3rd of each month. Your proof of payment will appear on your next bank statement.
