Cooperative Network proudly offers the Co-ops! YES Youth Leadership Conference in April each year. Co-ops YES! is a chance for young people to develop an understanding and appreciation of the purpose, operation and scope of the cooperative form of business.

There will also be powerful, dynamic presentations on leadership and the value of cooperation. This conference has seen the beginning of many friendships over the years between kids who would have otherwise never met. This two-day conference

The Co-ops YES! Youth Leadership Conference is held at the Mead Hotel in Wisconsin Rapids. Students will have to be excused from two days of school.

Oconto Electric Cooperative sponsors four high
school students each year for this conference.
OEC pays all registration fees, hotel fees, meals
and provides the transportation. All the kids
need are couple of dollars for the cooperative
snack store.
